Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship all over the world with no restrictions!

All in-stock items ship within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive separate emails for each shipment.

By using the tracking number provided you'll be able to check the status of your package at any global tracking site including: 17track.net, USPS, Royal Mail, Canadian Post and many other country specific tracking services. 

Additionally, you can track your order by logging into your account.

We ship the goods from our EU warehouses based in Netherlands (Rotterdam) or Lithuania (Klaipeda). Choosing the shipping location depends on goods availability and the delivery timing - we strive to select the most efficient location to fulfil your order.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:  

  1. Verify the order was placed with the correct address by checking your order or shipping confirmation emails.  
  2. Wait for the full estimated shipping time frame to pass. Packages may show as delivered for up to 2 business days prior to actual arrival.  
  3. Contact our Customer Care team if you are still unable to locate your package.  

Returns & Refunds

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of merchandise in new condition within 45 days of purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. New Balance reserves the right to refuse torn or damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on non-returnable items.

The refund for your return will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase.

After the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have their inside labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be reimbursed to your account within a few days.

If you still do not receive your refund within 14 days of receiving confirmation of your return from us, please contact your bank or credit card company.

You can return one or more items up to 30 days after the delivery date of your order.

Eligible items must be returned in new condition, in the state you received them.

My Account

There is an option to sign in or register at the top right hand corner of the website.

There is also an option to register when you checkout.

You can update your personal details by logging into your account and clicking on the personal details section. From here you can update your name and telephone number.

You will also be able to update your address details by selecting the 'addresses' option.

Click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the screen and choose the Forgotten Password option.

Fill out the details and you’ll get an email through to help you reset it.
